“Espacio Migrante” is a binational community organization based in Tijuana, which works with migrant communities to promote access to Human Rights, such as education and health; provide comprehensive care and at the same time raise awareness in the community about the realities of migrants.
This event is conceived as a forum to present to the community the important work that Espacio Migrante carries out in the region and to bring awareness to the realities of people on the move.
The forum will be framed within the festivities of Dia de Muertos, with an altar to be built in honor of the migrants who perish in their attempt to cross the border.
