Hosted by the Balboa Park Committee to discuss an updated vision for Balboa Park to initiate an update to the 1989 Master Plan, now out-of-date, unfunded, and uninspiring. We expect an all-day event with an overflowing crowd participating in panels, presentations, and a design workshop.
