Voices of the River Vol. II consists of a film-debate open to the public in which regional audiovisual products of social and environmental issues related to the Tijuana River and the population that inhabit it will be screened. The screening of short films is accompanied by a panel and a collective dialogue between the public, producers, academics and activists. This event feeds into the communication strategy for social change proposed by the Socio-Environmental Tijuana River Project (together with stakeholders from Tijuana-San Diego).
