The WDC 2024 Signing Ceremony celebrated all those who contributed to the efforts to secure this prestigious designation for our region.
With the signatures of San Diego and Tijuana city leaders, along with the World Design Organization, and our founding partners at UC San Diego, Burnham Center for Community Advancement, Design Forward Alliance, the City of San Diego and the City of Tijuana, our cross-border region officially became World Design Capital San Diego Tijuana 2024.
